What is it?
Intentionally building community where we practice authentic relationships with each other, neighbors, and friends in the context of family, hospitality, dinner, sermon review, prayer, service, and outreach.
When is it?
Every other Tuesday from 6pm-7:30pm or Every other Thursday from 7pm-8:30pm

Life Groups meet at various members homes across Sanford.

Bible Studies
What is it?
We offer adult Bible and book studies for discipleship and theological training. These studies provide encouragement, spiritual nourishment, fellowship, and prayer.
When is it?
Every other Tuesday or Every other Thursday

Leadership & Officer Training
What is it?
Christ Church Sanford is a mission church of the Presbyterian Church in America (PCA). Leadership/Officer training includes both theological and practical ministry skills designed to prepare our future officers with ministry skills and discernment for service in the local church. This training is open to anyone interested!
When is it?
Our current session is running now, Sunday afternoons from 4pm-6pm

Group FAQs
Can I bring my children to any of these groups? Life group is a gathering of families for dinner, fellowship, and chatting about the sermon. Your children are more than welcome. Bible Studies and Leadership Training are a bit more intensive and while you're still welcome to bring your children we would also encourage you to find a sitter. If you need financial assistance with this, please let us know!
Will food be provided? Life groups usually revolve around a dinner. We use the Church Center App to communicate what theme the dinner will be and everyone contributes. If it's your first time however, please just come and enjoy! There will be enough. Women's Bible Study usually has a small snack and since the Men's Bible Study meets at Family Grounds there is ample opportunity for eating. There will be no food provided at the Leadership Trainings.
How can I better prepare to meet? Women's Bible Study is currently going through a "Bible App" plan called The Bible Recap. Men's Bible Study talks through the monthly "Table Talk" that can be found at our information table at church on Sunday. Life Group talks about the past weeks sermon. You can find the weekly bulletin here on the website. But, if you aren't able to catch up please don't let that stop you from attending!
